Owners of the Android smartphones can install the Takflix application in PlayMarket. With the app, you can easily stream movies to Plasma TVs.
The IOS application is currently under development. In the meantime, you can connect to a Plasma TV with a browser or HDMI cable. To connect to the TV through the browser, you need to buy a ticket from your phone or laptop, then display the window with the active player on the TV. You can also connect the computer to the TV with an HDMI cable and use it as an external monitor.
You need to follow the instructions in the e-mail or go to the movie page. Click "Watch" and enter the gift promo code. The film will appear in the "My cinema" section and will be available for viewing for seven days from the moment of entering the promo code.
If you have a problem watching a movie, check your internet connection speed and try opening a movie from another browser or device. If that doesn't work, e-mail us at support@takflix.com with information on which browser and operating system you use, and send us a screenshot of a problem. We will try to help as soon as possible.
If you are in Ukraine and see the text about geoblocking, your position was determined by mistake. To fix the error, you need to connect to any other network (such as mobile Internet) - and buy a ticket from there. Then you can return to the first network and you will find the movie in the "My Cinema" section.
If you are not in Ukraine, the film may be blocked at the request of the film creators. By joining our community at Patreon, you will be able to watch our films(movies) without territorial restrictions.

Most movies are shown in 4K or Full HD (1920*1080) with stereo or 5:1 sound. The corresponding marks display information about 4K and 5:1 on the movie page.

If the film is not in our Catalog or announcements, you can ask the film's creators directly - most films have pages on social networks.
Most likely it could be a problem with the network and in a while Kinoparty will be available. You can also check the speed of your internet connection and try to open the movie from another browser or on another device. If that doesn't work, e-mail us at support@takflix.com, indicating which browser and operating system you're using, along with the screenshot of the problem.
If participants didn’t receive an invitation Kinoparty e-mail, the organizer can copy the "Join to part url" on the Kinoparty page and send it out to all participants.
Yes. If the organizer of Kinoparty is in Ukraine (or in the region, where the film is available), participants who are abroad will also be able to join the viewing.
Click "Forgot your password?" when logging in and enter your e-mail with which you signed up for Takflix. We'll send you further instructions to change or reset your password.
Go to the "My Cinema" section and select "Settings". There you can edit personal profile data, change password or delete your account by clicking "Block profile".

Takflix works as a cinema: one film - one ticket. The cost of a ticket for a feature film is 85 UAH (~ $ 3.1), for a short film - 49 UAH (~ $ 1.8). The film will be available for viewing for seven days (168 hours) from the moment of payment.
Takflix also has themed selections of movies that allow you to buy multiple movies at a better price.
We don't have a subscription in the classic sense.
However, you can purchase a Certificate for 1, 3 or 5 months. With the Certificate you will have access to the entire collection of films (considering territorial restrictions).
Also, members of our community at Patreon, who choose the 35mm membership level, have unlimited access to all our films in all territories.
