Owners of the Android smartphones can install the Takflix application in PlayMarket. We have also released an app for iPhone and iPad users, which can be downloaded from the App Store. With the apps you can easily stream movies to Smart TVs via Chromecast (Android) or AirPlay (iOS).
Also you can connect to a Plasma TV with a browser or HDMI cable. To connect to the TV through the browser, you need to buy a ticket from your phone or laptop, then display the window with the active player on the TV. You can also connect the computer to the TV with an HDMI cable and use it as an external monitor.
You need to follow the instructions in the e-mail or go to the movie page. Click "Watch" and enter the gift promo code. The film will appear in the "My cinema" section and will be available for viewing for seven days from the moment of entering the promo code.
If you have a problem watching a movie, check your internet connection speed and try opening a movie from another browser or device. If that doesn't work, e-mail us at [email protected] with information on which browser and operating system you use, and send us a screenshot of a problem. We will try to help as soon as possible.
If you are in Ukraine and see the text about geoblocking, your position was determined by mistake. To fix the error, you need to connect to any other network (such as mobile Internet) - and buy a ticket from there. Then you can return to the first network and you will find the movie in the "My Cinema" section.
If you are not in Ukraine, the film may be blocked at the request of the film creators. For members of our community Tovarystvo with a membership level of 16mm and above, we are planning online special screenings of some films abroad.

Most movies are shown in 4K or Full HD (1920*1080) with stereo or 5:1 sound. The corresponding marks display information about 4K and 5:1 on the movie page.

If the film is not in our Catalog or announcements, you can ask the film's creators directly - most films have pages on social networks.
Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment. However, from the moment you buy a ticket the film is available for seven days in the "My cinema” section. Film collections are available for 30 or 45 days.
Most likely it could be a problem with the network and in a while Kinoparty will be available. You can also check the speed of your internet connection and try to open the movie from another browser or on another device. If that doesn't work, e-mail us at [email protected], indicating which browser and operating system you're using, along with the screenshot of the problem.
If participants didn’t receive an invitation Kinoparty e-mail, the organizer can copy the "Join to part url" on the Kinoparty page and send it out to all participants.
Yes. If the organizer of Kinoparty is in Ukraine (or in the region, where the film is available), participants who are abroad will also be able to join the viewing.
Click "Forgot your password?" when logging in and enter your e-mail with which you signed up for Takflix. We'll send you further instructions to change or reset your password.
Go to the "My Cinema" section and select "Settings". There you can edit personal profile data, change password or delete your account by clicking "Block profile".

Takflix works as a cinema: one film - one ticket. The cost of a ticket for a feature film is 85 UAH (~ $ 3.1), for a short film - 49 UAH (~ $ 1.8). The film will be available for viewing for seven days (168 hours) from the moment of payment.
Takflix also has themed selections of movies that allow you to buy multiple movies at a better price.
We don't have a subscription in the classic sense.
However, you can purchase a Certificate for 1, 3 or 5 months. With the Certificate you will have access to the entire collection of films (considering territorial restrictions).
Also, unlimited access to all our films is available to members of our community Tovarystvo with membership levels 35mm and above.
We cannot connect the PayPal payment option, as PayPal is not available for commercial payments in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion, PayPal has started to accept personal money transfers (friends and family). For Takflix, this option is not available, as we are a legal entity. We work transparently, pay taxes and report to rights holders.
You can make payments via the Portmone system, which also supports GooglePay and ApplePay. It is a 100% safe and reliable payment system. Besides, it’s Ukrainian. By making payments via Portmone, you support the Ukrainian economy.
It is important to make sure that your film fits the programming of Takflix. We show films made by Ukrainian creators, creators of Ukrainian origin or films directly related to Ukrainian culture, history, and politics.
We show films of artistic quality and do not take blogs, journalist pieces, essays, Youtube content, etc. An artistic film would normally have a script and a dramatic structure, a visual concept, style integrity and author’s vision. Festival history is an important factor to be qualified for Takflix programming, especially if screened at Molodist KIFF, Odesa IFF, Docudays UA, Wiz-Art.

The budget for the rights to the demonstration depends on the screening goals, location, number of viewers, organizers, etc. In Ukraine, the offer could be from $100 for one feature film screening that was already shown in the cinema. Abroad, this amount would be $200-400. Keep in mind that newer movies tend to cost more.
