The Sandmen

Dmytro is a lifeguard in the Kyiv Beach Patrol. Apart from doing his duties such as rescuing drowning people, he has to find the way to communicate with a mute man, to whom a stranger has left his belongings and disappeared, with teenagers who enjoy jumping off bridges, with the city mayor, who's come to take a look at the new jet skis while Dmytro's colleagues patrol on wooden boats. Will Dmytro be able to rescue everyone and decrease the tragic statistics of drawings at Kyiv beaches?
